“The Southern Miss Honors College provides a community of highly intelligent peers for its students. In this community we are embraced and welcomed, yet also pushed to achieve even greater knowledge. It is a very refreshing environment – unique and enjoyable. There's nothing comparable.”
Erick Brown –
Honors College Presidential Scholar

“The Honors College is the richest experience I've had so far in my academic career. That is due, in large part, to the hard work of the Honors College administration. I've never once contemplated dropping out of the program (as some of my peers at other universities have done), and let's just face it, our programs rock! Where else do students get such an intimate classroom setting with the best professors on campus? ”

Lee Anna Woodcock – Evelyn Gandy Political Science Scholar
